Help on the Seed Exchange

OFFERING SEEDS

If you have some spare seeds and are happy to mail them to another member then put a message on the Seed Exchange Board.

The detailed instructions below may look complicated at first look, but they are really very simple.

Firstly click on Seed Exchange tab.

Now click on Post Your Listing.

FIRST BOX - URL ADDRESS - You do not have to complete this if you don't wish to.

SECOND BOX - EMAIL ADDRESS -   If you are happy for people to email you direct about the seeds put your email address in here.   If you do not wish to have your email address showing then please enter:  pip@realgardeners.co.uk .  But please remember to email us as well telling us what you have done so that we can process enquiries for you.

THIRD BOX - IMAGE URL - You do not have to complete this.  It is there for you to link a picture to your message if you wish to.

FOURTH BOX - TITLE OF AD -  Put in here the type of seeds that you are offering and your name.

FIFTH BOX - Just leave this at the 90 days period that is already in there.

SIXTH BOX - AD DETAILS - Put as much information as you like about the seeds that you have including cultivation tips etc.

You can now click on the PREVIEW AD button to make sure everything is as you want it and if it is go ahead and POST AD.

One final important thing to remember.  If you are not listing your email address at the site please send an email to us at pip@realgardeners.co.uk  telling us what seeds you have listed and then when we receive emails from interested people we will forward their email onto you.

It is then up to the two of you to make arrangements direct.

REQUESTING SEEDS OFFERED

If you see some seeds being offered that you would like and you see the word Email in red at the top of the ad then click on it and send an email direct to the person.

If they have not left their email address on the board then you can email pip@realgardeners.co.uk  telling us the name of the person and the type of seeds they are offering and we will forward your email on to them.

If you have any problems please email us using the tab at the top of the page.
