BECOME
A MEMBER
This
is the place to register as a member of Real Gardeners. It will
not mean you will be bombarded with loads of emails - I don't have
the time! But it does mean that you will always be able to
access all areas of the site and we can keep in touch with you when we
have any news. Obviously there is no membership fee and if you wish
to unsubscribe at any time you just return to the same page and click
to unsubscribe. Also if you change your email address just
unsubscribe with your old email address and then re-subscribe with your
new one.
GARDENING
FORUM
If
you want to post a message about ornamental gardening this is the place to be.
Whether it is something you have tried that has been successful, and
interesting visit to gardens or a question that you would like
answered, please post it in this Forum. Also please
visit this Forum and try to help us answer our gardening questions and
queries. We all need hints and tips in order to become
successful gardeners. Also running in the Gardening
Forum is our guess the plant competition. One member posts up a
picture of a plant and we all attempt to identify it. It's good
fun, give it a try.
VEGGIE
FORUM
If
growing edible crops is your thing, then be sure to visit this
forum. There are amateurs and professionals visiting here daily
and there is bound to be someone who can answer your question or
query.
RECIPE
BOARD
After spending what
seems like forever producing great crops for the table it seems that
everything comes at once and then we just don't know what to do with
it. The idea of this board is for you to post any good
ideas for recipes that we can all make use of. But it doesn't
stop there. A lot of us enjoy cooking as well as gardening so
any recipes you think we may be interested in would be welcome.
Questions and queries are welcome as well. We also have a fun
competition running on this board - the ingredients to a recipe
are posted up and then we all have to guess "What's
Cooking". The winner posts the next recipe.
LIVE
CHAT
ROOM
Whether
it is gardening chat or just general conversation, our chat room is a
great place to visit. There is usually a small group in there at
tea time and then people gradually arrive during evening, often
chatting in there up till midnight. We have recently
launched a Sunday quiz in here. Each Sunday at 9pm one of the
members' volunteers to set 10 questions that are loosely related to
gardening. The emphasis is more on laughter than competitiveness
and it is a good way to get to know the regular visitors.
CALENDAR
This is the spot to
tell us when your Birthday or Anniversary is - when there are any good
shows on or if there is something special happening in the chat room
one day, in fact anything that you think will interest other members.
There is a help page that you can go to for information on how to post
entries and if you get into trouble doing anything just email us and
we will sort it out for you.

This
Forum covers all the natural side of our planet. Whether you
want to chat about birds, butterflies, wild flowers or
whatever, this is the place to do it. Have you seen something
unusual recently or do you want something identified? Do you

forum gives all registered members the opportunity of increasing their
stock of plants at little or no cost. Take a peek and see if there is
something here that you would like to have in your garden. If you are

The
Photo Centre has lots of albums within it, each relating to different
areas of RG. Has
something recently happened that you would like to show other members
a photograph of? Do you have a problem plant or unnamed
plant that you would other members to help with? Visit the
Photo Centre to see just what the options are, and if you would like
one of your pictures put into an album there then just email a Jpg or
Gif to us and we will put it in for you.

The
Weather Site tab links you to a peek at the timings and weather
conditions of our Members around the world. There is
also a link within this site directly to the BBC Weather Centre.
You can customize this so that it shows up your area's weather
forecast wherever you are every time you click on it.

questions crop up when you are into crafts or DIY. This is the forum
to ask questions and get the answers. It is also the forum to brag
about something you have done yourself, but be warned, you may get
asked a lot of questions. THE
HEALTH FARM We
have a number of different features that show up on the site including
our Website of the Week. Different websites are selected,
sometimes it is a member's website, sometimes a particularly good
gardening information site. It's the ideal spot to go to if you
exhaust all the information on RG.
